1. Returns at the Time of Delivery Only

• Returns or exchanges are only allowed at the time of delivery and in the presence of the delivery agent.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect the item upon delivery. Once the delivery is accepted, no returns or exchanges will be allowed unless:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

• Returned or exchanged products must:

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Include original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Acceptance of Order

• If the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, they will not be charged for shipping or delivery fees.
